Quality. Leather. Oct 04, 2010
By Josh Boon I'm simple when it comes to my wallets. Maybe it's because I lose them on a regular basis or I prefer not to have to pull out an wallet an elephant would carry, overstuffed and ridiculous. This is a card holder that takes to any normal sized cards and can take up to 15 credit cards with a little bit of stretch. It reminds you of a good pair of boots and I would have given it five stars if it smelt like them too. If you like shiny, thin leather you'll want to look elsewhere as this is meaty but supple product. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for an understated quality wallet at a reasonable price.

Nice Looking - But Not Good for Business Cards Sep 21, 2012
By jkittrell WHAT IT IS A basic, rugged credit card holder with the aesthetics and feel of a classic work boot.
WHAT IT ISN'T A thin wallet for carrying cash, or a good way to carry business cards without damaging them.
VISUAL DESCRIPTION The case is about 3/8" thick when empty and is definitely rustic looking - mine arrived with a few scuffs on the leather, and what appear to be score marks from the manufacturing process all along the stitching on the inside of the case. The stitching is done with relatively heavy thread, the same color as the leather, the ends of which are exposed on the inside of the fold. When unfolded, an embossed logo is visible, reading "rustico made in usa." The raw leather will probably take on a beautiful patina over time.
USING THE CASE The pockets are too snug to easily slide business cards in and out, particularly because the inside of the pockets are the rough backside of the leather. I can cram four of my business cards in a pocket at time - or eight total cards in the case, but the corners of the cards get bent up from forcing them in. Credit cards work better - in one pocket I can comfortably fit two credit cards, my ID, and my health insurance - again, eight total cards in the case. Cash doesn't really fit, even if it's folded in half, because the case is about a 1/4" too small to accommodate the height of bills.
EDIT: After some breaking in, I really like this as a wallet. I have it permanently folded slightly off center, so that the pocket I put bills in is slightly larger than half, and the side with credit cards is slightly smaller. As a wallet, it's sturdy, compact, and nice looking, but it's called a business card holder (still not good for that) and I can't fold it in half to put bills in - if it were 1/4" bigger, it would be a five star wallet.

Works pretty well Nov 15, 2010

I have used this a few times, to hold a few credit cards and some bills, when I didn't want to carry a regular billfold. I'm sure in time the leather will soften but it's stays pretty stiff in my pocket. I have to fold the bills into thirds so they will fit...folding them in half doesn't work. One side will hold 3 cards/IDs pretty tight. I really prefer a vinyl holder because they have more "give", but on the downside vinyl/plastic will tear. This thing is pretty rugged.

Newseditor Aug 29, 2012
By D. Christy Simple, yet very functional and well-made. Needed something that says quality and held business cards, and this more than fills the bill. Don't carry a wallet so it doubles to carry a little cash. Very nice dark-brown leather, stiff enough for protection, but still supple. Nothing beats genuine leather. Should last many years.
Perfect gift! Apr 28, 2013
By Lindsay Harper I received this wallet with great timing and it was in perfect shape and exactly what I saw online. Great!
